In continuation of my Post on “Xian” – a line of Hand painted Leather bib necklaces, I would like to show you the remaining four hand painted leather necklaces. They are all made up of VT or Vegetable Tanned leather and hand painted with acrylic paint and markers. They have been sealed with resin (making them glossy in the process) for ease of handling. Provided they are kept away from heat, humidity and water they’ll have a long life.
Yellow Sun Necklace – youthful and vibrant necklace in red and gold with a violet accent inspired by the Chinese lore of ten suns who were brothers. Necklace created with Vegetable Tanned leather (VT), acrylic paint, and glass beads.
Blue moon
Crescent moon shaped leather bib necklace in blue, green and gold Created with Vegetable Tanned leather (VT), acrylic paint, chain, cord, beads and hand painted clasp. Its copper and black patterned on the back making the necklace double sided.
Festive Sparkle necklace
Jazz up your party outfits with this gorgeous hand painted necklace. Oriental style Tassle necklace with a stone focal that has been created with Vegetable Tanned leather (VT), acrylic paint, and chain. I was inspired by Colorful rangoli Kolam patterns for this hand painted necklace
Moss – Necklace
Trendy rectangular hand painted double sided leather necklace with amazonite semi precious beads and long chain (Clasp at front)
