Of wire rings and things

Continuing my Alambre series, here is a post with assorted wire work. Alambre is a collection of wire jewelry that it quirky with Indian aesthetics. The first one is a soft wire crochet necklace in steel gray with a rhinestone focal

Here is more of my wire jewelry work – Alambre- some rings and necklaces, created for an  exhibition last month- mostly using anodized aluminum for shape forming and artistic silver wire for crochet.

I have used all my favorite design components here – swirls, squiggly, spirals, celtic knots  and tried different types of stone settings – wire wrapping and crochet.

I am a little busy in gearing up (making lots of new pieces) for an upcoming exhibition, and I will share all those soon.
I hope you found it interesting
