Thank Gods for Friends!! It was heart warming to read all your comments and great advice on the post where I wrote about my hand. I was really unwell then and your words gave me a mental boost. So I would like to say “Thank you” with a gift. Here is a Tutorial for a simple yet sparkly version of the friendship bracelet that incorporates all the latest trends like rhinestone and pompoms and that can be made in a few minutes time, even if your hand doesn’t function well 😉
Pompom Rhinestone boho Friendship bracelet
Materials:
– baby pompom trim 12” (any color)
– ½” ribbon clamps silver tone
– 12” Rhinestone cup chain silver tone
– Glue (rubber adhesive)
– 3 Jump rings
– 1 silver tone eye pin
– 1 bead, plus any charm (sea shell)
– 1 lobster clasp
– Nose pliers, scissors

Method:
1) Cut the pompom trim ( I used dutone green and yellow trim for this project) into 2 pieces of 6” and glue them together flat so that the pompoms are facing opposite directions.
2) Glue the Rhinestone cup chain on to the trim, leaving 0.5” clear, pushing the stones closer to one another making sure that no gap is visible between the stones. Let dry

3) Apply glue to the end of the trim and clamp the ribbon end or clamp using pliers.Repeat on the other side. Let dry

4) Using a jump ring attach a lobster clasp or any hook to one end of the clamp and add a jump ring to the other side
5) add a bead on an eyepin, make a loop. Set aside.
6) If you want to add any other charm to the bracelet, you can do so now. I am going to add a sea shell, by adding a jump ring to it. Before closing the ring, add the looped bead and attach this ring to the ring of the clasp. Your bracelet is now complete.

Originally I thought of making this bracelet for Friendship day in August, but I really felt like doing it now, for all of you – my dear readers, fellow bloggers and most importantly – Friends!!
I hope you find it interesting
Cheers
