Gilded woods Earrings DIY
Materials :
– drilled wooden buttons – 2
– Bronze metallic paint + brush
– sealant
– gold rimmed acrylic beads – 2
– GT eyepins – 2
– Antique finish ear hooks
– round nose or step pliers
GT means gold tone, ST – Silver tone
Method:
1. Paint rims of 2 drilled wooden buttons in bronze (or gold or copper) and cover the remaining button totally in paint. Let dry completely. Seal it with a clear varnish or any sealant
2. Add an acrylic bead to an eyepin and loop big enough to hold the buttons (Use round nose or step pliers). Connect the bead to the button on one end and earhook on other.
Yup, Thats it, just 2 steps. Your beautiful Gilded woods earrings are now complete. Wear them with the matching gilded woods necklace or a beautiful separate. I can so see myself wearing these beauties with a white shirt or brown Tshirt and jeans
